Repositioning performance-based coupon app GoodRx as a trustworthy healthcare brand.

  • Challenge

    Good health is a vital foundation for a good life, yet almost half of Americans have inadequate access to healthcare. With a growing offering, GoodRx set out to become a one-stop platform for all things health.

  • Approach

    My team revamped the entire brand identity, from logo, typeface, design system to copy and tonality platforms. We partnered with the incredible team at Gretel NY to build a brand that became the new home of holistic healthcare. 

  • Results

    In 2022, GoodRx catapulted onto number 5 in YouGov Global Best Brand Improvers. In 2024, the brand made the TIME100 Most Influential Companies list.
